MASALA OATS SPROUTS & PANEER IDLI
Ingredients :
Oats – 1 cup
Suji – ½ cup
Curd – ½ cup
Water – 1 cup
Sprouts – 1/4th cup
Carrot – 1/4th cup
Paneer – 1/4th cup
Coriander - 2tbsp
Salt to taste
Haldi – ½ tsp
Eno – ½ tsp

Tadka :
Oil – 3 tsp
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Cumin – ½ tsp
Chana dal – 1 tsp
Urad dal – 1tsp
Curry leaves – 1 tsp
Green chilli – 1 tsp
Ginger – 1tsp

Peanut coriander chutney:
Coriander – 2 cup
Peanut – 1/4th cup
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Ginger – 1 tsp
Green chilli – 1
Rock salt – ½ tsp
Roasted jeera powder – 1 ts
