Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Recipe

An oldie but a goodie, soft and chewy oatmeal raisin cookies.

Ingredients:
2/3 c unbleached flour
1/2 ts baking powder
1/2 ts cinnamon
1/4 ts nutmeg
1/2 ts fine salt
1 stick soft, unsalted butter
1 c brown sugar
1 room temperature egg
1 1/2 c old fashioned oats {not instant}
2/3 c raisins
1 tb vanilla
