Ingredients:
Ghee -2 1/2 tbsp
Ragi -3/4th cup
Almond powder -1/4th cup
(grind almonds to a fine powder)
Jaggery powder -1/4th cup
Mejdool Dates - 6
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

Method :
-Roast ragi flour & almond flour with ghee on low medium flame till it turns aromatic.
- grind together roasted ragi & almond flour, jaggery powder, dates & cardamom powder till it forms a dough.
- knead with your greased palms & shape into bliss balls.
- coat with almond powder, Pista powder , dried rose petals.
