Doston aaj main banane ja rahi hu, bahut hi tasty Yippee Noodles Kathi Rolls. Maine isme Yippee Noodles ka istemal is liye kiya hai, kyunki isme pre-added veggies hote hai aur ye non-sticky hote hai. To chaliye is recipe ko turant dekhte hai.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup wheat flour
• ½ tsp salt
• Mixed vegetables (carrot, capsicum, onion, beans)
• Tomato ketchup as required
• Chilli sauce as required
• 2 packets Yippee noodles
• 2-3 cubes Amul cheese (grated)

Method:
1. Put wheat flour in a mixing bowl.
2. Add salt and knead the soft and smooth dough by adding water. Do not add water at once, gradually add water so that dough does not become sticky.
3. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, let's prepare our stuffing.
4. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, once the oil becomes hot, add all the veggies and sauté on medium-high flame for 2-3 minutes.
5. Now add Yippee noodles and masala of Yippee.
6. Add 2 cups of water and cook till noodles become soft and water evaporates. Keep it aside.
7. Uncovered the dough and divide the dough into equal portions. Make balls and flatten it.
8. Dust the balls with dry flour and roll it into a round shape.
9. Make all the roti in the same way.
10. Heat pan and cook rolled roti on to hot Tawa from both sides. Do not cook it too much, let it cook for a minute. Keep the flame on medium-high to make the chapatti soft.
11. Once you see some bubbles on the upper surface, flip and cook from the downwards side.
12. Apply oil all around on both the sides and cook till brown spots appear. Do not cook it longer as the chapatti will become hard.
13. Once cooked, take out from the pan and cook the rest of the chapati in the same way.
14. Take out cooked chapati onto a plate, spread tomato ketchup, chilly sauce and prepared to stuff, spread some grated cheese and make the roll-out of it.
15. Noodle rolls are ready.
