Pakora Cutlets

Ingredients:
Carrot (julienne) 1 cup
Potatoes (julienne) 2 cups
Green onion (chopped) 1 cup
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Gram flour 1/4 cup
Eggs 2
Chaat masala 1 tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp.
Corn flour 1 cup
Oil 1/4 cup

Directions:
1. In a bowl add carrot, potatoes, green onion, onion, gram flour, eggs, chaat masala, salt, red chili flakes, and corn flour and mix it well.
2. On a pan heat oil and add a spoonful of prepared mixture in circle shapes on the pan.
3. Cook each side for 2-3 mins.
4. Your Pakora Cutlets are ready. Serve and enjoy.

Cooking time: 10-15 mins
