Cooking No Oion No Garlic food is an art and this recipe of Paneer Butter Masala without onion and garlic is a delghtPaneer Butter MasalaIngredients Oil – 2 tbspTomatoes cubes- 4Salt to tasteGreen cradmom- 4-5Javitri (mace) -1Red chilli powder- 1 tspCashewnut paste- ½ cupButter- 3 tbspGreen chilli juliennes- 2-3Cream 3 3 tbspPanner – 100 gmsKasuri methi- 1 tspHoney – 1 tbspMethodHeat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add tomato cubes, salt, green cardamom, mace and cook till the tomatoes arepulpy.Add red chilli powder, cashewnut paste, mix well and cook for 2-3 minsTransfer the mixture in a blender and blend to a fine paste and keep aside.In another pan heat 1 tbsp oil, butter. Add green chili juliennes and strain the paste into the pan. cookfor 3-4 mins.Add cream , panner cubes, kasuri methi, honey . mix well and cook for 1-2 mins.Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl.Sprinkle kasuri methi and garnish with coriander sprig.Serve hot.
