Ingredients Used and Baking Process:

-Take 1/4th cup grinded (powdered) Sugar in a bowl.
-Add 1/4th cup cooking oil.
-Mix the ingredients in the bowl.
-Place a Sieve (Channi) on top.
-Pour 1/2 cup Maida (refined Wheat flour) from a 200ml measuring cup.
-1/4th cup Custard Powder.
-1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder.
-1/4th teaspoon Baking Soda.
-Shift the ingredients before adding to the bowl.
-Mix the ingredients well and add Milk (refer video)
-Use 1/2 cup Milk.
-Add 1/4th cup chopped Cashews (Kaju)- Optional
-Add 1/4th cup Tutti-Frutti.
-Mix the batter well, and prepare the baking tin.
-Butter the tin from insides and use Maida for ‘Dusting’.
-Transfer the batter into the prepared tin, and place it on the pre-warmed pan (refer video).
-Cook in low-medium heat for about 30-35 minutes.
-Use a toothpick to check if it is ready.
-Let the cake cool completely before removing it from the tin.
-Slice the cake and serve the ready-to-eat deliciousness with tea or coffee.
