No Fried Poha Chivda | How to make Poha Chivda at home | पोहा चिवडा रेसिपी | Ananya Banerjee

Diwali is full of sweets and snacks, so are you worried about your health? Then this no fried Poha Chivda recipe is just for you! #pohachivda #diwali2021

Ingredients :
2 cup Poha (thin nylon poha)
2 tbsp Oil
1 cup Peanuts (sing)
1/4 cup Cashews
1/4 cup Fresh/Dry Coconut Chips
1/4 cup roasted Chana Dal
Few Curry Leaves
Chopped Green Chillies (as per taste)
1/4 cup Raisins
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (haldi)
1 tsp Amchur Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Powder Sugar

Method :
Heat up the pan. Dry roast Nylon Poha for 3-4 minutes. Keep aside.
Pour oil in the same pan. Fry Coconut Chips, Peanuts & Cashews.
Fry for a minute and add dry roasted Chana Dal.
Add finely chopped Green Chillies, Few Curry Leaves and saute well.
Add few Raisins and fry until the mixture turns crunchy.
Further add Powder Sugar, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric & Amchur Powder.
Mix everything well and add this mixture into roasted Poha.
Gently mix it and serve in a bowl
