Then this no fried Poha Chivda recipe is just for you! #pohachivda #diwali2021 Ingredients :2 cup Poha (thin nylon poha) 2 tbsp Oil1 cup Peanuts (sing)1/4 cup Cashews1/4 cup Fresh/Dry Coconut Chips1/4 cup roasted Chana DalFew Curry LeavesChopped Green Chillies (as per taste)1/4 cup Raisins1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (haldi)1 tsp Amchur Powder1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder Salt to taste2 tbsp Powder SugarMethod :Heat up the pan. Dry roast Nylon Poha for 3-4 minutes. Keep aside. Pour oil in the same pan.
