INGREDIENTS
* 1½ Cup Rava
* 1 Cup Powder Sugar
* 1/2 Cup Maida
* 1/4 Oil
* 1/4 Butter
* 1 Cup Milk
* 1/2 Curd
* 1tsp Vanilla essence
* 1½ tsp Baking soda
* 1/2 tsp Soda Bicarbonate

Method of Preparation
1. Take 1.5 cup Rava in a bowl.
2. Add 1 cup powder sugar.
3. Add 1/2 cup maida.
4. Add 1/4 cup oil and 1/4 cup butter.
5. Add 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup curd.
6. Add 1tsp Vanilla Essence.
7. Add 1 1/2tsp baking soda & 1/2tsp soda bicarb.
8. Take a Whisker and mix the whole mixture evenly for 5 minutes.
9. Keep the mixture aside for 20 minutes.
10. Preheat the pressure cooker on a low flame.
11. Don't add a cooker whistle and sealing rubber.
12. Place a net on the bottom of the pressure cooker.
13. Close the cooker let it preheat.
14. Take a cake mold and pour the batter in the mold and tap the mold for an even surface.
15. Place the mold on the net and cook it for 40 minutes.
16. Cut the cake into pieces and Serve.
