Homework:
1) Eliminate grains and bread from your diet
2) MAKE SURE YOU REPLACE CALORIES AND NUTRITION. Don't just eliminate something without eating more greens, veggies and fruit.
3) Find alternatives to these foods. Some people will move to raw crackers (sprouted and dried) but I personally DO NOT eat dehydrated foods (if I do it's VERY rare, like twice a year) because they act like cooked food to my system. Just be careful with those, they can be equally addicting and if you eat too many you may get gas, bloating and uncomfortable digestion.
