Grate beetroot, and remove the excess water from the beetroot and keep aside.2. In a bowl, add wheat flour, rose syrup, salt, oil and water as required.3. Knead the dough. 4. In a pan, add ghee and grated beetroot, then saute till the raw smell disappears. 5. Add the coconut, jaggery, cardamom powder, and cashew nuts then saute well.6. Form small balls of the dough, and use a rolling pin to flatter and roll them out. 7. Use 3 different-sized round cookie cutters for the shape. 8. Fill the beetroot-coconut mixture in each, apply water on the edges, and fold them in half. 9. Roll from one end to the other to give the rose shape. 10. In a big hollow pan, boil water.11. Place the momos basket.12. Grease the cabbage leaves with oil in the basket.13. Place the rose-shaped momos in the basket.14. Steam it for 15 minutes on a low flame. 15. In a serving plate, add the milk and honey, then place the rose momos in the plate.16.
