Vegan, Gluten-free Raw Spicy Mango and Ginger Soup

Ingredients
1 large mango (peeled and de-stoned)
1/2 onion (chopped)
1/2 cup cold water
1 to 2 small chili peppers (minced)
Juice from 1 lime
1/2 tsp. ginger (grated or minced)

Method:
Process all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours and serve chilled.
