Serving – 4-5
Ingredients:
200 gm basmati rice
¼ cup green peas
2-3 pcs of bay leaf
2-3 pcs of cloves
2 tbsp ghee
9-10 pcs of cashew nuts
8-9 pcs raisins
1 tsp cumin seed
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp black pepper
salt as per taste
Oil for frying

For Gatta:
1 cup gram flour
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp carom seeds
½ tsp asafoetida
½ tsp fennel seeds powder
Salt as per taste
1½ tbsp ghee
