#SujanFunKitchen is ready with a healthy #NeeraDosa FOXTAIL MILLET NEER DOSA

Ingredients:

Foxtail Millets/any Millets - 1 cup

Grated coconut - ½ cup

Cumin sedds - 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Oil as required

Method:

Soak the Millets for 3 hrs - after washing thoroughly

Drain and start grinding adding the grated coconut, cumin seeds and salt

Add some water while grinding

The batter should look like buttermilk

Heat a tawa

Grease with oil

Pour the batter in circular motion

Dosa ready when golden from the inside

No need to flip to the other side

Combine with chutney of your choice

I made Tomato Ginger chutney, a Sanjeey Kapoor recipe

Chop 6 medium size tomatoes. Also chop some ginger and green chillies. Beat some oil in a pan. Splutter mustard and roast Bengal Gram Dal and Urad Dal. Then add chopped ginger and green chillies and saute. Now add the chopped tomates and cook together adding salt till soft. Grind to a smooth paste and Tomato Ginger Chutney is ready
