Add water in a bowl, then soak the Guard rice for 30 Minutes2. Put Fennel Seeds, Black Peppers, Coriander seeds, Black Cardamoms, Green Cardamoms, Mace, Star Anise, Cinnamon, Cloves, & Cumin in a muslin cloth. Fold it make a potli bag.3. It’s time to prepare vegetable stock. In a pan, then add peas, carrots, Potato, Green beans, Cauliflower, Sugar, & Potli bag (which is filled with ingredients). Boil it until half done4. Strain the water and separate the vegetables5. Next, Add Cooking Oil in a Pan. Also add Green Capsicum & fry. Repeat this process for cottage cheese, Almonds, Cashews, Raisins, & Onion,6. Then fry Garlic, Green Chili, and Ginger in a pan. Also add soaked rice, Boiled vegetables, Fried Onions, Vegetable Stock, and Salt, mix these all & simmer it for 10 Minutes.7. Spread the fried capsicum, fried Cottage Cheese, fried Dry Fruits (Almond, Cashew, and Raisin) & mix.8.
