Remove them from hot water, immediately put them in ice cold water for a minute and then peel off skin. Take a pan add oil, fat and cook for 5 minutes.Then add mutton, salt, green chilies, tomatoes and add water as required Cover and cook on low flame for 35 to 40 minutes or until meat is tender. Cook it well, garnish with coriander leaves and serve. Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 1 hour Serving: 4
