A healthy touch to your favourite breakfast recipe with the additional of nachni flour.NACHNI UTTAPPAIngredients½ cup black pea (urad dal) batter3 tablespoons nachni flourSalt to taste¼ tablespoon baking soda½ tablespoon oil 1 small green capsicum, finely chopped1 medium tomato, deseeded and finely chopped1-2 green chillies, finely chopped1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves1 tablespoon gheeMethod1. Mix together ½ cup black peas batter, 3 tablespoons nachni flour, 1 tablespoon water in a bowl to form a smooth batter. Add water if required. Add salt, ¼ tbsp. baking soda and mix well. 2. Heat oil in a non-stick tawa and grease it all over the tawa. Pour a ladleful of the prepared batter and spread evenly. Add green capsicum, tomatoes (deseeded), green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, ghee and cook till the underside turns golden-brown. Flip and cook for 2-3 minutes. 3.
