How to make mutton Tikka boti
Ingredients
1.mutton boneless cut into 1" pieces(1 kg)
2.yogurt(1/2 cup)
3.oil (1/2 cup)
4.vinegar(1/4 cup)
5.yellow food colour(2 drops)
6.charcoal(1 small piece)
7.meat tenderizer powder(2 tsp)
8.ginger garlic paste(2 tbsp)
9.garlic powder(1 tsp)
10.carom seeds(1/2 tsp)
11.salt(1 tsp)
12.turmeric powder(1 tsp)
13.red chilli powder(1 tsp)
14.whole spice powder (1 tsp)
15.coriander powder (1 tsp)
16.cumin powder(1 tsp)
Method
1. Put all the ingredients in meat except oil n charcoal
2.mix n marinade
3.give pressure by adding 1/4 cup water until tender
4.greece pan with oil n fry meat on both sides
5.give charcoal smoke
6.serve with naan salad raita n chatni
