Mutton Singaporean Rice

Ingredients for Noodles:
Oil 1/2 cup
Garlic (Chopped) 1 tbsp
Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup
Carrots (julienne) 1 cup
Cabbage (shredded) 1 cup
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Hot sauce 2 tbsp
Boiled spaghetti 1 packet
Salt ½ tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Green onion (chopped) 3 tbsp

Ingredients for Rice:
Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Boiled rice 2 cups
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste 1 tsp / to taste
Green onion (Chopped) 3 tbsp

Ingredients for sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Ketchup 1/2 cup
Mustard paste 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 1 tbsp

Ingredients for boiled mutton:
Mutton boneless 1 kg
Water 4 cups
Salt 1 tsp

Ingredients for Mutton Preparation:
Oil 1/2 cup
Garlic (Chopped) 1 tbsp
Boiled mutton
Ketchup 1 cup
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Mutton stock 1/3 cup

Ingredients for Assembling:
Prepared rice
Prepared noodles
Prepared mutton
Prepared sauce
Green onion (chopped) as required

Directions for Noodles preparation:
1. In a wok heat oil and add garlic, cook until starts to turn brown. Add capsicum, carrots, cabbages, soy sauce, hot sauce, chili sauce, and cook for 2-3 minutes over high flame.
2. Add boiled spaghetti and toss for a minute. Add black pepper, salt, green onion and mix it well. Your Noodles are ready. Set aside.
Directions for Rice Preparation:
1. In a wok heat oil and add garlic, cook for a minute.
2. Add boiled rice and mix well. Add salt, black pepper, and green onion and cook for a minute over high flame. your rice is ready.
Directions for sauce preparation:
3. In a bowl add mayo, ketchup, mustard paste, vinegar, sweet chili sauce and mix well. your sauce is ready, set aside.
Directions for Boiled Mutton Preparation:
4. In a pot heat water and add mutton and salt. Cover and boil until mutton is 90% done. Reserve 1/3 cup stock for later use.
Directions for Mutton Preparation:
5. In a pan heat oil and add garlic, cook for a minute.
6. Add mutton and cook 1-2 minutes.
7. Now add ketchup, soy sauce, chili sauce, red chili flakes, and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Add black pepper, red chili flake and mix well.
8. Add mutton stock and cook for 2-3 minutes or until mutton is tender. Your mutton is ready.
Directions for Assembling:
9. In a dish add a layer of prepared rice, noodles, mutton, sauce and garnish it with green onion.
10. Your Mutton Singaporean Rice is ready.
