In a preheated pan add oil, cumin seeds and sizzle for a few seconds. Now add hing powder, cloves and saute for a minute.2. Now add mutton and cook until mutton changes. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1-2 mins.3. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, cardamom powder, salt and cook for 5-10 mins.4. Now add NESTL MILKPAK Yogurt and cook for 3-4 mins. 5. Add 4 cups water and cover and cook for 20-25 mins or until the meat is fully cooked. Add garam masala powder and mix it well.6.
