I worked with many Punjabi chefs and each had a trick of great Punjabi cooking and one of the mutton curry recipe i liked very much and here is the recipe for it cook and enjoyPunjabi mutton masala curryIngredients;-Mutton -500 gramsGinger garlic paste - 1tspCurd - 1cupBay leaf - 1Coriander seeds - 1tspRed chillies -3 no’sCinnamon stick - 1Cloves - 4Cardamom - 3Staranice - 1Maize - 1Cumin seeds - 1tspPepper - 1tspFried cashew nuts - 1tspOnion paste - 1cupGreen chilli paste - 1tspTurmeric powder - 1/2tspTomato puree -1cupCapsicum - 1/2cupCoriander leaves -2srpingsMustard oil -2tbsOil - 1tbsSalt - to tasteWater - as requiredMethod;-Heat pressure cooker add some water, mutton pieces,Ginger garlic paste, curd, and cook for 5 vissils.Take another pan add bay leaf, coriander seeds, red chillies,Cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, staranice, maize, cumin seeds,Pepper, and cook in slow flame for 4 minutes.Transfer in to mixie jar and add cashew nuts to it.Make fine powder.
