Give this karahi recipe a try and let us know how it turned out for you.#MuttonMakhniKarahi #MuttonKarahi #SooperChef Ingredients: Mutton 1 kg Onion (chopped) 1 cup Tomato puree 1 cup Ginger garlic paste Green chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp Coriander crushed 1 tbsp Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp Garam masala 1/4 tsp Salt to taste Cumin powder 1 tbsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Cashew nut powder 2 tbsp Red chili powder 1 tsp Yogurt 1/2 cup Cream 1/4 cup Water as required Kasuri meethi 2 tbsp Green chilies 2-3 Butter (makhan) 3 tbsp Coriander fresh for garnish Ginger julienne for garnish Directions: In a pan heat oil add onion and cook until translucent for 2 to 3 minutes. Add mutton and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on high flame. Add water as required. Now add salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander, green chilies, black pepper, cumin and mix well.Cover the lid, turn the flame to medium low and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Then add tomato puree, cashew nut powder, garam masala powder and mix well. Again cover the lid and cook for 10 to 15 minutes on medium low flame. Lastly add yogurt and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. When oil starts appearing add cream, kasuri meethi and cook for 2 minutes more. Top it with butter, green chilies, coriander, ginger and serve your delicious handi.
