Onions - 1/2 Cup3. Green Chillies - 24. Onion Paste - 1/2 Cup5. Tomato Paste - 1/2 Cup6. Chilli Powder - 2 Teaspoons7. Salt - 1 1/2 Teaspoon8. Coriander Seeds Powder - 1 Teaspoon9. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 1/2 Teaspoon10. Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 Teaspoon11. Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon12. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 TeaspoonCleaned mutton liver needs to be marinated first. Put the mutton liver in a mixing bowl and add 2 teaspoons chilli powder, 1 teaspoon coriander seeds powder, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and mix. Marinate for 15 - 20 minutes. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan. Add 1/2 cup chopped onions, 2 chopped green chillies and fry. As onions turn transparent, add 1/2 cup onion paste. Add 1/2 cup tomato paste and mix. Close the lid and cook. Add marinate liver and mix. Close the lid. Cook for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup water. Mix and add 1 /2 teaspoon salt or salt to taste. Don't cook the liver for too long or else the curry will become black. As gravy starts to thicken, add 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and mix. Garnish with coriander leaves and mix.
