Mutton Keema Kebab, is a dish hailing from Hyderabad and widely likes all over the World.

Ingredients:

Red chilly powder 1 Tablespoons
Turmeric 1 Pinch
Oil 2 Tablespoons
Coriander chopped 1 Bunch
Mint chopped 1 Bunch
Onion chopped (medium size) 1 Numbers
Green chilly chopped 3 Numbers
Garam masala powder 2 Tablespoons
Salt To Taste
Meat trimming & bones 225 Grams
Mince meat 250 Grams
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoons
Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons
Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoons

Directions:
1. Take a bowl add mince meat, salt, garam masala powder, chopped green chilly, chopped onions, finely chopped mint amp; coriander, mix this well and divide equal portions and make them patties.

2. Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions, salt cook this till onions are golden in colour, add turmeric, green chilly, red chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste cook this till raw flavor is gone,

3. then add trimmings of the meat, cook it for a minute and add water, put the led on let it cook for 15 minutes, then add tomato puree, mix it let it cook for some more minutes,

4. add some water, cook it for 2 minutes, add chopped mint, garam masala mix it well and switch off the flame.

5. Take a pan add oil and heat it, place patties and cook them till tender.

6. Serve with rice, trimming meat masala with patties.
