Mutton Keema | Hyderabadi Keema Curry | How to make Mutton Keema Recipe by Hyderabadi Ruchulu

INGREDIENTS
1. Minced Mutton - 1/2 Kg
2. Onions - 1 1/2 Cup
3. Green Chillies - 2
4. Dried Chilli Powder - 3 Teaspoons
5. Salt - 3 Teaspoons
6. Khas Khas - 3 Teaspoons
7. Cumin Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
8. Coriander Seeds - 2 Teaspoons
9. Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Teaspoons
10. Whole Garam Masala
11. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon

Let's prepare masala. To a mixie jar add whole garam masala. Garam masala powder could also be added. Add 1/2 teaspoon shahjeera, 4 cardamom, 5-6 small cinnamon stick pieces, 7-8 peppers, 5 cloves, 2 teaspoons coriander seeds, 3 teaspoons khaskhas, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, half of chopped onions and grind it into a soft paste. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a cooker. Add remaining onions. Add 1 teaspoon salt, mix and close the lid. Fry till onions turn brown. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste and mix. Fry for a minute and add 2 diced green chillies, cleaned minced mutton and mix. Close the lid and cook till the water seeping out of the mutton boils away on high flame. Add prepared masala paste and mix. Cook for 5 more minutes. Add 3 teaspoons chilli powder, 2 teaspoons salt and mix. Add water and close the lid. Cook for 4 whistles. Let it cool down, open the lid and cook on high flame till the water boils away. Add coriander leaves, mix and cut off the stove. Serve with chepathi and rice.
