Mutton Karahi Recipe (1 kg Karahi dish) - Mutton Karahi Restaurant Style@Cooking with Asifa Ingredients:-Cooking Oil (1 cup)Mutton (1 kg)Vegetables:- Tomato (3)- Green Chilies (3-4)- Lemon (1)- Coriander (half bunch)- Chopped Green Chili (1 tbsp)Spices:- Red Chili Flakes (1 tsp)- Turmeric Powder (0.5 tsp)- Salt- Cumin Seeds (1 tsp)- Cinnamon stick (1)- Black Pepper (12)- Cloves (5)- Black cardamom (1)- Coriander Powder (1 tsp)Others:- Yogurt (1 cup)- Ginger Garlic Paste (3 tbsp)Recipe:-- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds (1 tsp), black pepper (12), cinnamon stick(1), cloves (5), black cardamom (1), ginger garlic paste (3 tbsp), chopped green chilies (1 tbsp) & stir-fry for 5 minutes & add mutton to it.- Stir-fry till meat color changes & add yogurt (1 cup), coriander powder (1 tsp), red chili flakes (1 tsp), turmeric powder (0.5 tsp), salt.- Steam cook on low flame for 15 minutes till meat tenders.- Now set flame on high to dry out the water & add julienne cut ginger , green chilies(3) , lemon juice, chopped coriander.- Stir-fry till oil comes over the top surface and Mutton Karahi is ready.#MuttonKarahiGoshtRecipe #MuttonKarahi #cookingwithasifa #muttonkarahirestaurantstyle
