Mutton fry is a delicious side dish recipe made using mutton pieces will be a perfect combination of sambar or dal rice.Ingredients:• Mutton - 1/2 kg.• Egg - 1/2 number.• Oil - to fry.• Shahi jeera - 1/2 teaspoon.• Shallots - 2 number.• Salt - to taste.• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon.• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon.• Curry leaves - 1 springs.• Green chilies - 3 number.• Curd - 1/4 cup.• Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon.• Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon.• Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon.• Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon.Method:1. In a bowl take mutton pieces, add egg and mix it well.2. Now heat the oil in a pan, cook the mutton pieces on slow flame till they are tender.3. Then drain the oil from the mutton and keep aside.4. In the same pan add shahi jeera, shallots, salt and fry till shallots are slightly brown.5. Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, curry leaves, green chilies, curd, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, pepper powder and cook till the raw flavor is gone6. Finally, add boiled mutton pieces and cook another for 2-3 minutes.7. Serve hot with rice or roti.
