Ingredients:
Mutton: 1 Kg
Basmati Rice: 1 Kg
Curd: 1 Cup
Ghee: 4 to 5 Tablespoons
Chili Powder: 4 Teaspoons or as needed
Salt: 3 Teaspoons or as needed
Coriander Powder: 1/2 a Teaspoon
Cumin Powder: 1/2 a Teaspoon
Garam Masala: 1/2 a Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder: 1/4 Teaspoon
Green Chilies: 3 to 4 no's paste
Ginger Garlic paste: 2 Teaspoons
Lemon Juice: 1/2 a squeeze
Mint Leaves: 1/2 a Cup
Coriander Leaves: 1/2 a Cup
Brown Onions: 1 Cup
Oil: 2 1/2 Tablespoons
Cashews and Almonds: 7 to 8 ground into a paste
Carraway Seeds: 1/2 a Teaspoon
Star Anise: 1
Cloves: 7 No's
Bay Leaves: 3 No's
Cardamoms: 4 No's
Cinnamon: 2 to 3 Pieces
Milk: 1/2 to 3/4 Cup
Saffron: a few strings
