Ingredients

• Mutton 500 gms
• 1 TBSP ginger garlic paste
• salt to taste
• 1 TSP coriander powder.
• 1 TSP turmeric powder
• 1 TSP Kashmiri red chilli powder
• 5 TBSP mustard oil
• 2 TBSP curd
• 3 potatoes ( marinate with turmeric and salt)
• 4 Boiled egg and fry it and keep it aside
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1 chopped tomato

Masala Mix:
• Bay leaf 1
• 1 mace
• 1 TSP Panch phoron
• Cinnamon 1 inch
• 5-6 cardamom
• Cloves 4-5
• Black pepper 4-5
• Dry red chilli 2
• 1 TSP coriander seeds
• 1 TSP cumin seeds

Recipe:

Step 1:
Masala Mix:
• Grind Bay leaf 1,1 mace, Cinnamon 1 inch,5-6 cardamom, Cloves 4-5,Black pepper 4-5,Dry red chilli 2,1 TSP coriander seeds,1 TSP cumin seeds
• In a bowl add mutton 500 gms
• Add 1 TBSP ginger garlic paste
• Add salt to taste
• Add 1 TSP coriander powder.
• Add 1 TSP turmeric powder
• Add 1 TSP Kashmiri red chilli powder
• Add 2 TBSP mustard oil
• Mix it nicely
• Add 2 TBSP curd
• Mix it nicely
• Marinate it for 45 mints
• Heat the pan and add 3 TBSP mustard oil
• Heat the oil
• Add potato ( marinate with turmeric and salt)
• Fry it and keep it aside
• Add boiled egg and fry it and keep it aside
• Same oil add 1 cup chopped onion
• Add salt to taste
• Fry it
• Add marinated mutton
• Add masala mix
• Mix it nicely
• Keep stirring for 10-15 mints
• Add fried potato
• Add chopped tomato
• Add 2 cups hot water and wait for a boil
• Cover with a lid
• Cook for 45 mints
• Add fried eggs
• Cook for another 5-10 mints
• Serve hot with Rice or Roti
