Green Chilli, Ginger & Garlic, Garam Masala – 4 tsp
Lauki – 1 kg
Salt – 4 tsp
Chana dal- ¼ cup
Toor dal – ½ cup
Moong dal – ¼ cup
Mosoor dal – ¼ cup
Coriander powder – 3 tsp
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Whole red chilli – 10 tsp
Cumin seed – 2 tsp
Garam masala – 2tsp
