MUTTON CHOPS IN PEPPER GRAVYINGREDIENTS:Oil - As RequiredMutton chops - 500gmsRock salt - 1 tspTurmeric powder - ½ tspChilli powder - 1 tspTomatoes - 2 nosWater - As Required Peppercorns - 50gmsCumin seeds - 1tspGarlic - 10 clovesOnion - 1 no Mustard seeds - 1 tspRed chillies - 5 nos.Coriander leaves - 1 bunchDIRECTIONS:Firstly take a pressure cooker add some oil to it and heat it, add mutton chops, rock salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, tomatoes and add some water and put the lid on and cook it for 20 minutes on slow flame.Heat oil in a pan, add peppercorns, cumin seeds, garlic, chopped onions. Saute it slightly transparent in colour and grind into a fine paste and keep aside.Heat oil in the same pan,add mustard seeds, red chillies,Now pour the gravy and add onion & pepper paste to it , Mix it well and cook it on a slow flame.
