Get set for some serious drooling... here’s the recipe for Mutton Boti Burger... Dont say we didn’t warn you MUTTON BOTI BURGERIngredients400 grams mutton boti, boiled4 burger buns2 tablespoons oil 1 medium onion, grated 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste½ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon red chilli powder1 teaspoon coriander powder1 teaspoon cumin powder¼ cup yogurtSalt to taste1 teaspoon garam masala powder1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped4-5 lettuce leaves1 medium onion, cut into rings1 teaspoon chaat masalaMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, squeeze and add the grated onion and sauté till onion is browned.2. Add ginger-garlic paste and little water and sauté for a minute.3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder and mix.4. Add the mutton pieces with the stock, mix well and cook for a few minutes or till the mixture is dry.5. Add yogurt, salt, garam masala powder and coriander leaves and mix again.6. Cover with a lid and cook for fifteen to twenty minutes.7. Remove the lid and cook till the gravy becomes thick. 8. Heat another non-stick pan, slit the burger buns in half and toast them in the pan. Remove and place them on the worktop.9. Tear the lettuce and place on the base half of the burger buns. Put the mutton mixture generously over the lettuce. Top it up with some onion rings. Sprinkle chaat masala and cover the burgers with the top halves. 10.
