Juicy mutton bomb recipe, easy to make is what you need to satisfy your cravings. This recipe can go well as an appetizer or side dish.

MUTTON BOMBS

Ingredients

250 grams mutton mince, cooked
2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
Oil for deep-frying
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1-2 green chillies, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoons fennel (saunf) powder
Salt to taste
2 eggs
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
3 tablespoons cornflour
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Tomato ketchup for servings

Method

1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
2. Take cooked mutton mince in a bowl. Add mashed potatoes, onion, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, fennel powder and salt. Break eggs and add coriander leaves and mix well.
3. Mix cornflour in some water to make a smooth slurry. Spread breadcrumbs on a plate.
4. Divide the mutton mixture into equal portions. Dip each portion in slurry, coat with breadcrumbs and shape into balls.
5. Deep-fry the balls in hot oil till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
