Serves 3. 1½ cups boiled green peas 1 tsp oil ½ tsp cumin seeds (jeera)½ tsp aniseeds (vilayati saunf)¼ tsp asafoetida (hing)2 tsp finely chopped green chillies¼ cup chopped tomatoes½ tsp dry mango powder (amchur)½ tsp chaat masala ¼ tsp sugar Salt to taste 1 tsp low-fat butter 1 tsp lemon juice 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)¼ cup baked sev for the garnish1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan and add the cumin seeds and aniseeds.2. When the seeds crackle, add the asafoetida and green chillies and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds. 3. Add the tomatoes and 2 tbsp water and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.4. Add the green peas, dry mango powder, chaat masala, sugar and salt, mix well and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.5. Add the lemon juice and coriander and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
