MUSTARD GARLIC PRAWNSIngredients1 tablespoon mustard paste1 tablespoon chopped garlic8-10 medium prawns, shelled and deveined with tails intact1 tablespoon lemon juiceSalt to tastePepper powder to taste1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs1 tablespoon olive oilMethod1. Take prawns in a bowl. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper powder, mustard paste and mixed herbs, mix well and set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.2. Heat 1 cup water in a non-stick pan, place a glass tray over,lined with an aluminum foil, cover and let it heat.3. Place marinated prawns in the tray, cover and steam for 10 minutes.4. Heat olive oil in a non-stick tempering pan. Add garlic and sauté till golden. Remove from heat.5.
