Introduction -

Raw Mango Chicken Tikka Ingredients -
For Ginger Garlic and Chilli Paste:
8-10 Garlic Cloves (peeled)
1 inch Ginger (sliced)
4 Green Chillies
cup Water

For Coriander Paste:
cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Coriander Seed Powder
tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt (as required)
2 tbsp Curd
cup Water

For Chicken Marination:
500 gms Chicken Cubes (boneless)
2 tbsp Raw Mango Puree
2 tbsp Fresh Cream
1 tbsp Gram Flour

For Grilling:
2 tbsp Oil
For Plating and Garnish:
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
