Mushroom and all my favourite veggies turned into a healthy one meal dish for dinner.

INGREDIENTS:

1 bowl -Basmati Rice soaked in 2 cups of water ( with Cardamom, Cinnamon, black pepper and cloves)
7 to 8 Button Mushroom diced
1 small onion diced
1 medium tomato finely chopped
1 small bowl Cauliflower
1 small bowl Brocolli
1/2 small bowl Red Capsicum
2 baby corn diced
7 to 8 Garlic chopped
2 dried Redchilli
1 tspoon- Butter
1 tspoon- Olive Oil
1 tspoon- Garam Masala
1 tspoon - Red chilli powder
1/2 tspoon - Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste.

Optional:
1 tspoon- Fresh cream
1 tspooon- Lemon Juice
