I have made a few healthy recipes of different risottos on the channel, but this was the first time using arborio rice and also shiitake mushrooms. Let me tell you guys that it was absolutely amazing. Just want to let you guys know that I spelled risoto and rissotto out the way I did because of keyword searches for the word misspelled and wanted to get the traffic from them, but I do know that they are misspelled lol.
