Add cumin seeds, coriander seeds and red chillies and sauté till seeds crackle.2. Add onion, mix well and sauté till onions gets brown.3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 2 min.4. Add tomatoes and salt, mix well and sauté for 2-3 min. or till tomatoes are pulpy.5. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and amchur powder, mix well and sauté for 5-6 min.6. Add fenugreek leaves, mix well and sauté for 3-4 min.7. Add mushroom, mix well and sauté for 5-6 min.8. Add spinach puree, mix well and sauté for 3-4 min.9. Add chopped coriander and mix well.10.
