Murgir Laal Jhol Recipe | Bengali Red Chicken Curry Recipe | Scroll RecipeIngredients: • 500 gm Chicken • 5 TBSP oil in a pan • 1 big size potato • 1bay leaf • 1 cup onion paste • 1 TBSP ginger garlic paste• 2 TBSP Kashmiri red chilli paste• ½ cup whisked curd • 2 ½ cups hot water • 1 TSP garam masalaProcess:Step 1:• Marinate the chicken with Turmeric and salt Step 2:• Soak Kashmiri chilli in hot water • Transfer it into mixer jar • Prepare a smooth paste Step 3• Add 5 TBSP oil in a pan • Add marinated potato ( Marinated with salt and turmeric)• Fry it • Keep it aside • In same oil add bay leaf • Add 1 cup onion paste • Add 1 TBSP ginger garlic paste• Add Salt to taste• Add 2 TBSP kashmiri red chilli paste• Add fried potato • Add ½ cup whisked curd • Add marinated chicken • Mix it nicely • Fry it for few minute• Add 2 ½ cups hot water • Cover with a lid until chicken is completely cooked• Add 1 TSP garam masala• Cook for another 5 mints • Serve with Rice or Roti==================================================please like & subscribe and comment what you like and what you didnt like.
