MURGH DHANIYA SEEKHIngredients400 grams chicken mince1 medium onion, finely chopped¼ bunch fresh coriander leaves, chopped¼ bunch fresh mint leaves, chopped1 tsp chopped green chilli1 tbsp garlic paste Salt to taste1 tsp garam masala powder1 tbsp butter + brushing1 lemon juice1 tbsp ginger pasteOil as requiredOnion rings to serveLemon slice to serveMint sprig to serveGreen chutney to serveMethod1. In a food processor, add chicken mince, onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, garlic paste, salt, garam masala powder, butter, lemon juice, ginger past and process to a fine paste.2. Grease palms with oil. Take a portion of the mixture and shape into cylindrical shape. Insert 2 skewers through the mixture and roll to form a seekh.3. Drizzle oil in a grill pan, place the seekh skewers and grill on medium heat till golden brown grill marks appear on both the sides.4. Place the prepared seekhs on a plate and brush with butter.5.
