MURGH ALOO ALAMGIRI | Vahchef - VahRehVah

Alamgiri Murg Pakistani dish, This is a mild flavor curry, chicken cooked with yogurt and coarse spices, served with Naan Kulcha, butter naan and roti.

Ingredients
Red chillies 4 Tablespoons
Pepper corn 1 Teaspoons
Green cardamom 5 Numbers
Cloves 6 Numbers
Almonds 9 Numbers
Cinnamon 3 Numbers
Shahi jeera 1 Teaspoons
Jeera 1 Teaspoons
Chicken 500 Grams
Salt 1 0
Ghee 2 Teaspoons
Onions 1 Numbers
Small potatoes 250 Grams
Turmeric 1 Pinch
Coriander leaves 1 Bunch
Mint leaves 1 Bunch
Green chillies 6 Numbers
Yogurt 1 Cup
Ginger julians 2 Teaspoons
Coriander seeds 1 Tablespoons

Directions:
1. Dry roast coriander seeds, red chillies, pepper corn, green cardamom, cloves, almonds, cinnamon, shahi jeera, jeera in a hot pan.
2. Then make a coarse powder in a blender.
3. Add all these in the brine chicken or in normal chicken with salt then mix it and preserve in the fridge for few hours.
4. Take ghee in a hot pan then add onions, small potatoes, marinated chicken, turmeric, coriander leaves, mint leaves and let it cook for few minutes by mixing it continuously.
5. Now add green chillies, yogurt, and mix it.
6. Add some more yogurt and cook it for 10mn.
7. When its cooked put the lid on and switch off the flame.
8. Now add ginger julians and mix it thoroughly.
9. Serve hot with rotis.
