1 kg mutton daalcha recipe
1 kg mutton
Daalen
50 gm tur daal
50 gm masoor daal
150 gm chana daal
1 tsp turmeric powder
Add water
galan len

5 medium size chopped tomatoes
8 medium size sliced onions

1 cup chopped coriander leaves
1/8 cup chopped mint leaves
15 green chillies
ground into a fine paste

Sabut garam masala
3 bay leaves
2 sticks cinnamon
5 cloves
5 green cardamoms
1 tbs cumin seeds

1 big bottle bottle gourd ( lavki )
Add1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt as per your taste

1 kg mutton
add whole garam masala
sliced onions
chopped tomatoes
salt as per your taste
add 3 tbs garlic paste
3 tbs ginger paste
1 tbs turmeric powder
add green chilli coriander mint paste
Aadha gala len mutton ko
Aur baad may isko add ker den
1 1/2 tbs red chilli powder
3 tbs coriander powder
1 1/2 tbs bawarchi garam masala powder
1 tbs roasted cumin powder
Ab puri tarhan mutton ko gala len aur mutton Ka pani achchi tarhan sukha Len
Jab pani sukh jae to
2 tbs kasuri methi add kerden
Aur jab masala achchi tarhan bhun jae aur mutton gal jae to add 3 tbs tamarind pulp
(imli ko pani may bhigo ke add ker den 3 tbs )
Jab mutton gal jae to daalon ko ghot ker add ker den pani add ker den aur Jo aur ak boil aane den
Uske baad gali hoi lavki ko add kerden boil ker len namak check kerke add ker den agar zarurat ho to pheer tadka laga den
For tadka
add 1/2 cup cooking oil
2 sprig curry leaves
1 tbs cumin seeds
4 tbs chopped garlic cloves
5 to 6 red chillies
1 tbs turmeric powder
1 tbs Kashmiri red chilli powder
Bas taiyaar hai bahot he mazedaar daal gosht
