Ingredients To Make Hara Mutton Keema
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Tbsp Ghee
- 3 onion (chopped)
- 3 Bay Leaves
- 1 Inch Cinnamon stick
- 2 Star Anise
- 1 Black Cardamom
- 10 Black Peppercorns
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 Kg Mutton Mince
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
- 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds powder
- 1 Cup Yogurt (Beaten)
- Salt
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves
- 10 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 3 Dried Red Chillies
- 2 Tbsp Mint Leaves (chopped)

Ingredients To Make Kosha Mangsho
1 Onion, chopped
5 garlic, cloves
1 cup Yogurt
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Cumin seed powder
1 tbsp Coriander seed powder
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
Water as required
1 kg Marinated Mutton
1/2 cup Mustard oil
3 Bay leaves
2 inch Cinnamon stick
1 Whole Black Cardamom
4 Dry Red Chillies
10 Cloves
10 Green Cardamoms
5 Onions, sliced
1 tbsp Ginger paste
1 tbsp Garlic paste
5 Green Chillies, grounded
Spice Mix
1 cup Yogurt
1 tsp Sugar
Salt to taste
4 Green Chillies, slit
1 ltr Water
1 tsp Ghee
