Try this special Multigrain Misal which is not only delicious but nutritious too.MULTIGRAIN MISAL PAVIngredients1 cup mix sprouts, boiled1 medium tomato, finely chopped1-2 green chillies, finely chopped¼ tsp turmeric powder,½ tsp garam masala powder, 2 tsp coriander- cumin powder,2 tsp red chilli powder2 tbsps thin poha6-7 curry leavesSalt to taste2 tbsps misal masala1 tsp lemon juice2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leavesMixed farsan for servingBrown pav for servingLemon wedges for servingMethod1. Take tomatoes in a blender jar, add green chillies, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander- cumin powder, red chilli powder and blend into smooth paste2. Take poha in a bowl, add sufficient water and soak for 5-6 minutes.3. Heat oil in a non-stick, add curry leaves and tomato mixture. Add ½ cup water in a blender jar, shake well and add in a pan and mix. Add salt, remaining red chilli powder, 1tablespoon misal masala, and mix and bring it to a boil.4. Add mix sprouts and 1 cup of water, cook for 5-6 minutes on a medium heat.5. For kat, heat oil in a non-stick pan, add remaining red chilli powder, coriander- cumin powder, salt and misal masala. Let the oil separate and add ½ cup water, mix and cook for 4-5 minutes.6. Add lemon juice, fresh coriander leaves and switch off the heat. 7. Transfer the misal into a serving bowl, pour kat on it and garnish with mixed farsan, chopped coriander8. Serve hot with brown pav, mixed farsha, lemon wedges.
