Ingredients:-
Multigrain flour: 1 cup
Semolina: ¼ cup
Rice flour: ¼ cup
Salt to taste
Baking soda: ½ teaspoon
Yogurt: ½ cup
Water as required
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Finely chopped garlic: 6 cloves
Cherry tomatoes: 15
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
Chilli flakes: ½ teaspoon
Oregano: ½ teaspoon
Basil: 6
Lettuce: 6
Mozzarella cheese: 2 tablespoons

Method of Preparation
For the Batter:
Firstly, Take a mixing bowl, add multigrain flour, semolina, rice flour, yogurt, baking soda, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup, salt and make a thin batter.
Add little water to the batter to make rava dosa batter like consistency.
In a pan, add oil, garlic, cherry tomatoes, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup, oregano, chili flakes, and basil leaves. Saute it well for few minutes.
In a flat pan drizzle some oil, and add a ladleful of batter and lightly spread it in a circular motion. Cover it with lid and let it cook for a minute.
Transfer the crepe on chopping board and assemble lettuce, filling, and cheese on it. Fold it and cut it in triangular shapes or whichever shape you prefer.

Serve with roasted makhana and grapes: (or any other fruit as per your choice).
