Here is how you can make this recipe: Ingredient Besan (gram flour) 1 cupJowar flour ½ cupBajra flour ½ cupSalt to tasteRed chili Powder ½ tspTurmeric powder ½ tspDahi ½ cupWater as requiredSpinach (Palak) Puree ½ cupAsafoetida (Hing) ½ tspOil to cookFor Mixture:Onion chopped 1 no. (Small)Tofu grated 100gGreen Chilli chopped 2-3 no.Coriander chopped 2 tbspRed chilli powder ½ tspSalt to tasteMethod:-1. In a bowl add besan, jowar flour, bajra flour, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, Dahi, water, palak puree, hing, and mix well , to make a batter.2. In another bowl add onion, tofu grated, red chilli powder, salt, coriander, green chilli chopped and mix well.3. Heat a tawa and grease with oil. Take a spoonful of batter and spread it evenly like dosa. 4. Add a spoonful of tofu mixture on the chilla.5. Drizzle little oil and allow it to cook on a low flame.6.
