Delicious wholesome paranthas made using multigrain cheela mix.MULTI GRAIN CHILLA PARANTHAIngredients180g Tata Sampann Multi Grain Chilla Mix1 small carrot, finely chopped¼ cup grated cottage cheese (paneer)2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves1 small onion, finely chopped1 green chilli, choppedSalt to taste2 tbsps yogurt200 grams ready-made dough made using 1 cup whole wheat flourWhole wheat flour as required4 tsps ghee + for drizzlingCarom seeds for sprinklingRed chilli powder for sprinklingButter to serveTomato ketchup to serveMethod1. Take Tata Sampann Multi Grain Chilla Mix in a large bowl, add carrot, paneer, chopped coriander, onion, green chilli and salt. Add yogurt and mix well. 2. Add water little at a time and continue to mix till a semi-thick batter is formed. Keep mixing for 2 minutes. Set aside for 5 minutes.3. Take a portion of the dough, coat with whole wheat flour and roll into a thick disc, apply 1 tsp ghee and sprinkle carom seeds, salt and red chilli powder and spread it evenly and fold into a triangle. Coat with whole wheat flour and roll into a parantha. 4. Heat a non-stick tawa, place the parantha on it and cook for 1-2 minutes, flip and add a portion of the prepared batter on it and drizzle ghee on the sides and cook on low heat for 1-2 minutes. 5. Flip the parantha again and press it slightly and cook for 2-3 minutes or till golden and crisp on both sides. 6. Apply a little butter and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
