This multi grain cheela is stuffed with a flavourful paneer and sweet corn stir fry - healthy and tasty in each bite. MULTIGRAIN CHEELAIngredients½ cup gram flour (besan)¼ cup soya bean flour ¼ cup finger millet (ragi) flourSalt to taste1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leavesOil for drizzlingChhunda for spreadingStuffing ½ cup boiled green gram (moong dal)1 medium tomato, finely chopped¼ cup boiled sweet corn kernels50 grams cottage cheese (paneer), cut into small cubes1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves½ teaspoon chaat masala1 teaspoon red chilli powderSalt to tasteMethod1. Take gram flour in a bowl. Add soya bean flour, millet flour, salt, 1 tablespoon coriander leaves and some water and whisk well to make a semi-thick batter. Set aside to rest.2. To prepare stuffing, mix together green gram, tomato, sweet corn kernels, cottage cheese, coriander leaves, chaat masala, chilli powder and salt in a bowl. 3. Heat a non-stick tawa. 4. To prepare one cheela, pour a ladleful of batter and spread to make a small and thin disc. Drizzle some oil on top, spread and roast from both sides till golden brown. 5. Spread some chhunda on top of cheela, put some stuffing in the center and fold.6. Serve hot.
