Ingredients :
SPINACH DOUGH – BEETROOT DOUGH –
Spinach puree : Beetroot puree :
Spinach – 1 cup Beetroot – 1 cup
Broccoli – ½ cup Ginger – ½ inch
Ginger – ½ inch Green chilli - 1
Green chilli – 1 Dough :
Dough – Wheat flour(Atta) - 2 cups
Wheat flour – 1 cup Salt – ½ tsp
Carom seeds(ajwain) – 1 tsp. Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp Garam masala – 1tsp
Oil – 1 tsp Oil – 1 tsp
Water if required Water if required

Carrot Dough - ROASTED PANEER -
Carrot – ½ cup PANEER – CUT IN SQUARES
Red Capsicum – ½ cup Red chilli powder – 1tbsp
Ginger – 12 inch. Oil – 3 tbsp
Dough : Turmeric - ½ tsp
Wheat flour(Atta) – 2 cup Garam masala – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp oregano – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp Salt – ½ tsp
Salt – 12 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Water if required
